We offer to users in New Zealand only, business support and documentation services. Details of specific services are provided on our website.

 

Purchases

Purchases can be made via our website.  All payments made for our services are non-refundable, except where required by law. Once a payment has been received, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, dissatisfaction, or changes in your circumstances.

 

Payment

Payments for services are due immediately upon use of the “buy now” button on the website or in any other cases, immediately on provision of an invoice.  All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

Payment by Credit Card

By providing your credit card details and making a payment through our website, you authorise us to debit your credit card for the amount due for the services purchased.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card provided and that all payment details are accurate and complete.

More particularly we use STRIPE (www.stripe.com/nz) to facilitate payments and by accessing our website you agree to be bound by any and all terms and conditions STRIPE may have in relation to your use of that facility.

You acknowledge that credit card transactions are subject to approval by your credit card issuer, and we are not responsible for any declined or failed transactions.

You agree to:

  2. You acknowledge that your provision of accurate and complete information in a timely manner is essential to the successful provision of our services to you. Inaccuracies, omissions and delays in provision of required or requested information, any complaint you may have about our services is invalidated by your non-adherence to this stipulation. not to misuse our services or website. abide by all applicable laws and regulations

The customer acknowledges that they are aware that Margate Group Limited is not a law firm and does not hold itself out as providing legal services. No advice, information, or service provided by us should be construed as legal advice. Any information or guidance offered is as a consultancy firm and provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.

 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 working days, the parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing any court proceedings. The mediation will be conducted in accordance with the Law Society of New Zealand’s Mediation Rules or any other mutually agreed-upon process. Each party shall bear its own costs of mediation.

 

Payment Defaults and Collection

If any invoice for our services remains unpaid after the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 20% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.  Additionally, you agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred in collecting the overdue amount, including but not limited to debt collection costs (which may be charged as a percentage of the outstanding amount or as otherwise reasonably incurred) and solicitors’ fees, Such costs may include, but are not limited to, legal costs for recovery actions, preparation and filing of proceedings, and correspondence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We are under no obligation to inform you of that update. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
